Reserving A Unit Online
•Reservations for available units are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
•Reservations can only be made for move-ins within the next 30 days.
•All reservations require a $25 reservation fee to secure the unit. Once this fee is paid, we will email you a confirmation with your storage unit number. You
will then need to fill out a lease agreement in person at our office during normal business hours. Your unit will be held for up to 30 days from date of reservation.
NOTE: Our office is closed Sunday & Monday. If you reserve a unit after closing Saturday, your reservation will be processed on Tuesday morning.
•The $25 reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions, but is applied as a credit towards your first month's rent payment upon move in. Failure to
move-in within 30 days of your reservation will result in forfeiture of this fee, and the unit will then become available to re-rent.
•If at any time you wish to change unit sizes, please let us know and we will work to get you into another unit to suit your needs (based on availability).
•If the size unit you reserve is not available, we will either refund your $25 or accommodate you into another storage unit of similar size.
•Payment due at move-in: Seltice Mini Storage requires payment in full at time of move-in. Payment needed includes the prorated amount for the remaining
month, plus the next full month's rent. If you move in during the first week of the month, we will simply only require that month's rent paid in full. We do NOT
prorate on move-out. There are no other fees or taxes charged at move-in.
Storage Unit Payments (current tenants)
•Payments made online may not be processed until the next business day; however, you will not incur a late fee if you submit your payment on or before the
deadline listed on your original lease. You are responsible to ensure payment was processed successfully.
•If you are making a payment on a past due balance, please understand that your account and gate code will not become re-activated until our office has
received & processed your payment successfully. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing on all past due accounts.
•Our online payment system authorize.net is not linked to your individual account and therefore will not know your current balance due. If you do not know
your current balance due, please contact our office prior to making your payment. If you are making your payment past the deadline, you must add the $25
late fee to your total paid in order for your account to re-activated successfully.
•No refunds on any rent paid, no exceptions.
•LATE FEE OF $25 MUST BE ADDED TO PAYMENTS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE LISTED ON YOUR SIGNED LEASE
